Enectiva Rules

We are aware that privacy and information security are important. For that reason, we never give any private information about you or your company to third parties, except the institutions that are allowed by law to access this information in case they ask for it.

If you become a user of the Enectiva software solution, we get your company or personal information such as name, address, bank contact, e-mail, phone number, etc. By logging in the system, you reveal your IP address, browser type, operating system and other similar information. By using Enectiva you give us more detailed information about your real estates, occupants or the technology used in the buildings.

When working with all this information, we abide by the following rules:

  1. Your personal or company information are only used for the purposes of mutual communication between the Enectiva team and our customer, which is necessary for this business partnership.
  2. We use the contact information to inform our customers about the news related to the Enectiva product and other complementary services we offer.
  3. The data inserted to the system by the user always belong to the user. They can change or delete them at any time. We never share user data with third parties, except the institutions where the obligation is given by law.
  4. Only authorized persons from the Enectiva team have access to user data.
  5. User data can be used by the Enectiva team for aggregate analyses across all users, and these can be further used to develop new services or improve the Enectiva system.

In the case there is a change within these rules and you are an Enectiva user, you will be informed by an e-mail sent to the address provided during your registration.
