Implementation process

  1. Enectiva integration with the FM system

The Enectiva platform was connected to the existing Alstanet FM system, allowing energy and operational data to be used together for consumption analysis and operational optimisation.

  2. Consumption benchmarking and normalisation

Consumption benchmarks were set for individual buildings and key technologies. Data was normalised by location and weather to enable objective comparison across the portfolio.

  3. Automated energy reporting

Unified automated reporting was created for the internal team and external suppliers, eliminating a significant part of manual energy data processing.

  4. Remote readings at short intervals

Hardware for remote readings at 15- to 60-minute intervals was installed at branches, giving the team detailed insight into consumption in individual buildings.

  5. Alerts and continuous optimisation

Configured alerts enable early detection of losses, leaks and unusual consumption. The data supports continuous operational optimisation and maximises energy savings.
